Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Orbink ("the Platform"), available at orbink.com and app.orbink.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Orbink is a marketplace platform that connects advertisers ("Buyers") seeking backlink placements with website owners ("Publishers") who offer sponsored content opportunities.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old.

4. User Types

4.1 Buyers

Buyers can browse the marketplace, place orders, and communicate with Publishers. Buyers agree to provide accurate target URLs, anchor text, and content briefs.

4.2 Publishers

Publishers can list their websites, set pricing, receive and manage orders, and withdraw earnings. Publishers are responsible for content quality and timeliness.

5. Orders and Payments

All prices are in USD. Payments are processed through Stripe and/or PayPal. For direct publisher orders, payment is collected immediately. For arbitrage orders, payment is requested once validated.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before payment at no charge. If a Publisher rejects an order, a full refund is automatically issued. Link guarantees (Lifetime, 24, or 12 months) apply per site.

7. Publisher Earnings and Withdrawals

Publishers earn 85% of each sale (15% platform commission). A 15% withdrawal fee applies when cashing out. Withdrawals are processed within 5 business days.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not circumvent the Platform for direct transactions, share contact information through messaging, provide false information, use the Platform for illegal purposes, or manipulate metrics and reviews.

9. Content and Intellectual Property

Content created through Orbink's content products is owned by the Buyer upon delivery. Publishers retain ownership of their websites and editorial independence.

10. Limitation of Liability

Orbink acts as a marketplace intermediary and does not guarantee specific SEO results. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

Orbink may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations. Publisher wallet balances will be settled within 30 days of termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
